About me
I come from a family of naturally great Prairie cooks; unfortunately, I'm not one of them -- I'm MUCH better at baking! Whether it's' gingerbread teddy bears, moist spice cake, florentines, Hallowe'en eyeballs or Christmas cake, there's always something going on in my kitchen. If ever I feel like I can't face another cookie/cake/doughnut/monkey bread, I cleanse my palate and attitude with a garlic dill pickle and we're back in business!
