About me
I grew up on a dairy farm in the greater San Joaquin County Valley area. As a child I always liked my mothers and grandmothers' cooking yet had no interest in cooking until later. It wasn't until I was a teen working at a Kentucky Fried Chicken of all places and began apprenticing as a butcher that I became interested in cooking myself. I got into frying whatever sounded good and just experimenting.
