About me
I cook for just me, so am always trying to cut recipes in half or even more. I love to experiment and try to make something new every weekend. I have been trying to cook with fish a bit more lately so you will see I have quite a few salmon recipes posted. I love my crockpot, bread machine, George Foreman grill and outdoor grilling.

i'm trying to expand my horizons and work with seasonal produce and lots of yummy chicken...
i was in the south of france this time last year, so i am inspired to try to recreate that country french bistro flavour to keep the memory alive...
lots of chicken and fresh herbs. mushrooms, wine, etc...
