    "Mix flour, salt, and any remaining rice in a bowl." When you say add any remaining rice, do you mean the cooked rice, or uncooked rice? Also, how much rice to add, and what is it remaining from? What did we use the rice for in this recipe - is it used at ll or is it just the water from the rice that is used?

    Hi Frayae - you're the first person I've found here that I have a 'high' food compatibility with. I went to your blog site and was so excited I can't decide which recipe to start with first. Likely the beignets as I love ANYTHING deep fried and have a horrible sweet tooth so this looks like a match made in heaven!!
