About me
I like trying something new, and I like making it fast. I kind of pull things out and make them into what I feel like they should be at the moment. So, I have made up some different things but I am not really a skilled cook, like following a really complicated recipe. As evidenced by my black bean brownie attempts. But I will probably try anything.

The crazy weather here in the high desert is unpredictible. It is roaring hot one minute and pouring rain the next. It was kinda hot, so we grilled veggie skewers...tomatoes, yellow and zucchini squash, red onions...a little olive oil and garlic. Made some big salads and garlic bread another day and a huge pot of chili and baked stuffed potatoes. We're getting ready to open a store in about a month, so there's not too much time for dawdling in the kitchen.
