About me
I am an Italian Canadian, currently attending teachers' college in Toronto with hopes to move to Italy in a few years with my husband to teach and cook and live! I was a pastry chef apprentice in a previous (short- lived) career, but I continue to love baking and preserving at home. My favourite sweets and savoury dishes are rustic and simple. I was a vegetarian for more than ten years but recently started eating fish, and am still getting used to its flavour.

Love to bake also. Lately I have been eating more vegetarian based meals due to the availability of great produce in England. I love seafood and fish so much that I wouldn't miss meat if I gave it up. You should start posting some recipes here.
