Gracias por la invita! I love your recipes already. They remind me of the food I grew up with. I keep trying to convince my mom and abuelita to post recipes from PR, but they won't because they don't know any of the measurements. They just look and throw in ingredients and it comes out the best. Maybe I'll be like that some day. I've been meaning to post my mom's sofrito recipe...but your's looks just fine.
