About me
I'm not much for measurements - most of my cooking is done with a handful of this and a few shakes of that. The only time I follow a recipe to the letter is if the recipe is for some sort of baked good. Baking is Alchemy. I don't own a microwave. I love my Cuisinart food processor. 5 things always in my kitchen: Fresh Garlic, Onions, Honey, Canned Tomatoes, Cumen. Every recipe I post to this site will be of my own invention/experimentation/interpretation unless a source is otherwise stated.
