About me
I'm a single mom of two teens and wish I had more time to cook. I love to experiment in the kitchen and try new foods and flavors. Because I'm pressed fo time, I'm always looking for simple, but tasty recipes. My foodie hero is Alton Brown, who I met at a book promo event and can tell you he's even cuter and funnier in person! ;) I taught cooking to kids at a kids cooking school and I think I learned more than they did.
