I can't claim to be an *excellent* cook, but I do love to fool around in the kitchen, and I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty. I've lived in San Diego, Mexico City, Reno, New Jersey, Maryland, and Montreal so my food tastes are quite varied. I love food and I love to cook.

It's not 40 minutes of boiling, it barely boils for a few seconds as you add the water, the rest of the time is at low heat, until the water absorbs and the rice cooks. Gener

Simple Salsa
