About me
As a young boy food was hard to come by, mom wasn't that great of a cook, and grandma was my only hero. She made homemade icecream. Perfection at it's best is what I felt. Grandma's beans were awesome, and mom could never understand why I liked grandma's beans the best. They both opened up a can of ranchstyle beans, but grandma knew how to cook them. I worked in fastfood restaraunts most of my life, and got bored with them quick. I decided I wanted something else in life. I wanted an adventure with food. I wanted to make it. I had eventually gotten a job another restaraunt that was more of a cajun cuisine type. I was introduce on how to process sausage and cook brisket. I was thrilled and wanted more. I eventually became bored with that. I eventually met a real Chef who owned 2 restaraunts in Round Rock, Texas. We spent some time in the kitchen where I learned the basic principles of cooking. I was then that I began to appreciate my experience in the food service industry. I then went to my adventure to become a Chef. I socially not there. but I am in my heart. I am presently working towards an aas degree in culinary arts. Although, every Chef I have come across since has never been to college. You learn in the real world. And become a real Chef.
