About me
I'm interested in 'clean' eating (and living) - that is, as close to natural as possible - that being said, it is almost impossible to find many 'natural' foods, and I don't have a garden. Sooooo, I make do the best I can. I am convinced that eating healthy foods contributes to a person's overall health and wellbeing, but am not adverse to indulging in the odd treat. Makes life more fun, which is also healthy. Just wanna feel good, be happy!

Thanks for being a fan of my Chicken Chimichangas With Jalapeno Havarti And Chipotle Guacamole. If you didn't want to fry them, you could easily just brush them with a little oil and bake in the oven until they get crispy. Either way, they are so good!
