About me
I'm interested in 'clean' eating (and living) - that is, as close to natural as possible - that being said, it is almost impossible to find many 'natural' foods, and I don't have a garden. Sooooo, I make do the best I can. I am convinced that eating healthy foods contributes to a person's overall health and wellbeing, but am not adverse to indulging in the odd treat. Makes life more fun, which is also healthy. Just wanna feel good, be happy!
