About me
Me voila! Fresh from France and right into the South carolina oven! Finding my way around new foods but still using my herbs de province and other French tricks to transform recipes into "from-scratch" healthier dishes. Takes longer than mixes in a box/tin, but it's to my taste and to the delight of new friends here. Love to try new things, love fresh or cooked veggies, puddings, soups, canapes. Favourite Dream :eating dessert before main course :-)
