About me
I live alone, and cook for one, but I still try to make things interesting and good. Lately I'm looking for recipes that are low-fat and low-carb, quick to prepare, but will be delicious and a little bit out of my beaten path. My ex had started teaching me to prepare some Korean dishes before we parted ways. I haven't been brave enough to venture back to the Korean markets in D.C. without him, though. :-(
