About me
I am a relatively late starter when it comes to cooking and basically ate microwave meals for one until becoming pregnant with my son, Joshua. Realising I wanted to be a healthy pregnant lady and give my baby son a healthy diet, I began my quest to learn how to cook!! I therefore pride myself on trawling through cookbooks and making up recipes of my own that are simple, healthy (well, most of the time!) and easy enough to prepare and cook around being a busy mummy. I hope you'll find my ideas useful and would like to inspire everyone who cant cook to start! Its the best gift you'll ever give your family.
