Former training chef with Carrabba's and a North Michigan restaurant. I do specialty catering now with a fun, relaxed theme. Think low-country boils and finger foods from hot buttered shrimp to cheese straws to salad fingers. Oh, and I also teach adult and kid's cooking classes. I have a full professional kitchen.
