About me
My name is Grace and I am from NJ. I have been a widow for the past two years. I love to bake and am consider a pretty good Italian Cook by son and daughter. They have left the coup a long time ago, so you see I'm not a young chick ,by no means My favorite hobby after collecting recipes and baking, has to be NASCAR,. I may be old but I still love the sport and excitement of Speed I guess that pretty much sums it up Till the next time Grace

With the cover it will be better, but as the can is all the time covered with the boiling water it really doesn't matter.

You're welcome, you can try the second option, let it boil for for 1hr15 min, in a saucepan full of water on the stove, the unopened can should be all covered with water during the whole time.
