I am a young cook and I love it!! I get a lot of my inspiration from my granny! Many of my recipes are from the south because most of my family is from Tennessee, but I, myself have lived and traveled to several different states, from the midwest to the west coast, and I have learned to cook several different things. Certainly looks like this could be very close to the original KFC mix. I like the suggestions/changes made by dollhead. Any method to remove salt from a recipe is ok by me.

I love quick easy recipes like this. You could easily "expand" it with other stuff, but you don't have too!!!
