    Very good dish the family loved it. I added Rosemary, it complemented the Thyme but then again those two often highlight each other in french culinary. Thank you very much Mmmmmmmmmmm

    I'm not a big veal eater, but it would be good with veal cutlet as well. Also, I can see a couple different sauces with this one. One would be an honey and ginger sauce, another would be an apricot reduction. A few Chanterelles sauteed in a couple tablespoons of clarified butter and olive oil or truffle oil and a splash of sherry would go nicely with this too. Purrrfect dish, simple and easy, yet elegant, refined and sophisticated.
