I'm a self proclaimed Intermediate cook.

Currently lovin' Right now I am really into blueberries. I don't know why. I am also loving anything to do with potatoes! Isn't that strange? As I sit here typing, I am craving some pesto steak strips with steakhouse potatoes.....hmmmm, think I'll make some!.

About me
I love to cook and bake. Although I always seemed to have a talent for cooking and making a recipe my own, until about a year ago I was the worst baker ever. I didn't have the patience for it, and try as I might I could never make anything "desserty" come out right. I don't know what happened, but when my third child was born I hit my baking stride! Now there is nothing I won't try to bake.
