Hi!: I loved your recipe, and combined it with another that I found here for cooking in the crockpot for days when you do not know when you will be home, and together, they are a winner! I marinated the the London Broil in Italian dressing, which is such a great marinade! and then put the London Broil in my crockpot with tomato soup, and now we have a great dinner, just make rice and serve it over!
Thank you, I have been making chicken, rice and green bean casserole for years with Zesty Italian dressing and it worked just as well with the London Broil.
