About me
I'm a work at home mom (very part time Mary Kay consultant) with 2 beautiful gregarious little girls that keep be busy and partially insane.... Started cooking around age 17 when I met the love of my life. Love to entertain and wish I had more time to do it. Our family has interesting tastes...my kids love tofu straight out of the package, so Tofu Stirfry is a weekly meal around here. We also have to deal with my youngests milk protein allergy, so the cooking at dinners has become dairy free. Having to cook like that has been a challenge, but definately rewarding as I have tried many new recipes and styles of cooking.
