Mom of 3 boys. (It's ruff and tumble). LOVE fishing (fresh and salt), Working on a degree for Physical Therapy Assisting. Adore Food Network. Rachael Rays my hero, would love to hang out with her and cook! Love livin in the south. (Yes, I say Ya'll). Dream would be to open my own cafe/restaruant or cook for private parties. Most of my family are strictly "good ole southern food" eaters so I usually try out "non regional" dishes on me,myself and I. One more note, as my screen name implies....I "Gotta luv it" (recipes that it) or the recipe just won't get posted. No nasty food here :) :) :)
