About me
I am a stay-at-home mom of 3 that loves to cook. I love to read recipes but rarely cook from them...I own more cookbooks than any other kind of book. My favorite cookbook is my circa 1960's Betty Crocker. My friends have nick-named me Betty Crocker. I love to decorate cakes as well and make interesting kinds of cakes. I love trying new things and some foods make me curious to try new things with them. I am not afraid to "experiment" in the kitchen. I am addicted to Food Network and watching cooking shows so much that my 2 year old is just as bad.
