About me
While I don't consider myself a chef in the Gordon Ramsey sense, I do spend my days cooking and getting paid for it. I am a Chief Cook aboard various Great Lakes ships, and have crews in varying sizes from 19 to 34 people. My job is to plan, prepare and serve meals to my crew. Order groceries (I spend about $12,000 a month) and maintain the cleanliness of my galley. Everything is up to my discretion. To try and stay creative, I'm always scouring the internet looking for new ways of preparing the usual stuff.
