About me
I'm not a fancy cook or a food snob. That's good, because I cook for picky people who won't eat the exotic stuff anyway. Food that has a lot of garlic does not agree with me at all, so please don't be offended when I omit it from your recipes. Time is at a premium with me, and a long stint in the kitchen makes me very tired. I need to cook things which are good and easy, without sacrificing quality.
