About me
I love to cook and have gone from being a fast food junkie, to totally vegan, and now back to rarely rarely eating red meats and pretty much low fat diet. Was dx'd with M.S. in 1995 and am doing very well in spite of it. I have a very strong faith and believe Jesus Christ is the answer to any of life's questions. HE is my strength. Daily. I am an optimist and love people. (and dogs too!)
