About me
My husband and myself, live in between two, one stoplight towns, out in the boonies I guess you could say and that suits us just fine. Things just seems to go at a slower pace, away from all the hustle and bustle. Since the kids have grown and have families of their own, with some moving away, i've found it hard to cook for just the two of us. I am a good cook, but with a husband that doesn't like to eat leftovers, some of the pleasure has gone away. I like to brag on my husband knowing his way around the kitchen....I tell them he loves to cook....he'll say No!, I just like to eat. My husband is unable to work, so with him being home most of the time, he often does the cooking. I usually spend much more time during the summer time doing the cooking while he putters around outside. I love to crochet for family and friends, which are my true treasures.
