About me
Working for a better tomorrow. Nowadays we drink, eat and breath chemicals. Pesticides, conservative agents, flavors, modified and processed ingredient are omnipresent in our food, drinks and even water. Fluoride, mercury, phosphates, sulfites, MSG, aspartame, Amaranth, Sorbates. Our body absorbs it and store it and are just starting to find out their disastrous side effects (and it is only the tip of the Iceberg). We are poisoning ourselves everyday. My goal is to provide you with recipes so that everything you eat is natural and free from Chemicals. Know what you're eating, Always buy organic and unprocessed.

Just read your message... having to follow the celiac diet is very hard... you must read every label before you put anything in your mouth...and be so careful of any cross contamination...if you need any help...please ask... I am still learning !!... messed myself up recently by not reading a label...LOL should follow my own advice huh!!!

Hi....welcome to Group Recipes and thanks for the invite. I agree with your food statement above. Usually if it comes in a box or a can, I don't eat it. So that means I spend an inordinate amount of time in the kitchen--time well spent I say. Ciao!
