About me
I like easy, simple and tasty stuff. I'm trying to eat a bit healthier. My girlfriend and I often get sucked into the fast food or delivery trap. Trying to be a little less irresponsible with a 3 year old in the house. Not a health nut...just health conscious. I'm a guy in his late twenties who does all the cooking in the house. I'm either the hero or the reason stomachs are rumbling all night...lol. I do what I can. I'm no chef so any of my recipes are probably pretty generic for some people's tastes...but hey, generic is good as long it tastes okay right?
