About me
Hey all,
I've been a chef for 9 years now, and after working my way up to head chef in one of the top gastro-pubs in England I decided I was working too hard.... So I came to Switzerland to cook in luxury chalets (www.skiverbier.com). It's ace, 4 courses of different food, six nights a week!
God knows what I'll do, come April....any suggestions?
