About me
I'm a wife, mom and grandma. My dad was an amazing cook and I learned from him. I'm Polish and Irish and married an Italian. I love cooking because there are no rules and you can do anything with food. I'm not great at baking because you really do need the right measurements and I love being able to tweak anything I'm cooking. My son is a chef and was taught by me and now I'm teaching my youngest granddaughter who is six and has been cooking with me since she was 2. She is the only one out of my 4 grandchildren that show that inner interest in cooking. My son cooks all the fancy dishes and I'm more about home cooking. I think it's a great tribute to my dad to help the younger ones who have this talent to appreciate and learn how to cook. I have such a passion for cooking a great meal for family and friends. I've even made up a few dishes on my own.
