Mother of 8 children 5 grown and 3 almost grown. I love to cook and experiment with all different types of foods. My favorite is just down home cooking and what I like to call poor folks foods. It seems that they are truely heart felt meals with much love put into every ounce.

i like this one. but oh so fat sounding. i can tweak it a little to cut out some of the fats.and i will have to down size it as that is just to much for skip and i to eat. but
