Hello everyone! I am the Director of Dining Services at a Nursing Home/Assisted Living in Minnesota. I hold a degree in dietetics as well as Hotel, Restaurant, Institutional Management. I love food and cooking. I'm always looking for great recipes, and I would also love to share some of my favorite recipes with you.

Thank you! I just found this web site, and I think it's great. I work with food for a living, but I can't get enough of it, so I also sell gourmet food on the side, and also cook for all of my family's holidays/special occasions. I guess you could say food is my passion.
