About me
I love cooking (and eating.) Food has been a passion since I was a kid. I have been cooking for my family and friends (mostly vegetarians) eversince, though I admit that I still have a lot to learn in the kitchen. I'm completing a short course in culinary arts right now to learn more about the food/restaurant industry as I am planning to put up my own restaurant in the near future.

This has got to be my favorite Filipino dessert of all time! It's so easy, but sooooooo good! If you like it on the sweeter side, cut the banana in half again lengthwise...

Eggless Banana Bread
First of all, there is no way that any kind of sweet bread can bake in only 15-20 minutes. I ended up baking this for 50 minutes and it still was mushy when I pulled it out of
