I just baked it again at 350 for 1 hour and it was still gooey, I did the toothpick test this time and raised the temp to 375 after 1 hour for 25 more minutes.
I also realized I am using the thick nonstick bundt pan instead of a thin bundt pan. That may have a little bit to do with it. Maybe you could edit the recipe to show for a thick bundt pan cook longer at a higher temp or maybe 375 for 1 hour. I will have to bake it again to test this theory. I will let you know but for now, the recipe should be perfect for a regular thin bundt pan at 350. :) Happy Holidays and thanks so much again!!
