About me
I am not an expert cook-I do however have over 40 years experience in the food industry-so I know a great deal about that aspect of food. I printed the recipe for Ossobuco- My daughter's former husband was an Italian national. So we have had the pleasure over the years of enjoying a number of regional dishes. I live on the East Coast in the USA. I am a retired man who has lots of great memories of eating well here in the States and abroad.
