About me
Cooking among many things, is something that i enjoy and really love doing. I am always excited at the prospect of trying new things. I am also of the mind set that cooking is an art and that the simplest of recipes are the usually the most elegant and enjoyable. I am especially excited to try "family recipies" as a family recipe has been made so many times or has been handed down through generations because all of the "kinks" have been ironed out and is essentially perfect. If a dish is worth making twice, it's worth owning the recipe. Everyone loves to eat, and if a meal is served that i really enjoy or someone enjoys, i dont hesitate to share the recipe and i expect the same courtesy in return (with the exception of eating at a restaurant as their recipes are their bread and butter).
