About me
After being a rampant omnivore for 24 years, I took the plunge and became a vegetarian in October of 2007. I love cooking meat-free and making fabulous vegetarian (and sometimes vegan, thanks to Isa Chandra Moskowitz) dishes for my friends and family. Someday I would like to go vegan but I still enjoy dairy.

These are great and very easy to prepare. Add a decorative drizzle of dark chocolate ganache after baking and cooling.
