About me
I'm living in Cape Town, South Africa with my wife and son. We have a retail stationery outlet, and that keeps us busy 7 days a week. When we relax on weekends, it is my turn to cook and then I try to experiment with different flavours and ingredients. I love to cook outside if weather permits (which is usually the case) Food on an open fire just tastes better and is more rustic. We have 5 braai (BBQ) options outside and an open fire BBQ inside for the winter and rainy days. My wife prefers the stove and microwave.
