Thanks for accepting my buddy request as I'm so much enjoying reading about Southern-inspired cooking and your recipes are great .In Australia our experience of American food is genrally limited to West Coast/ Napa Valley type cuisine --Alice Waters stuff .Gumbo and Jambalaya is about all most Aussies would have heard about the South or what they remember from the Beverly Hillbillies !!
