    Hey! Thanks for the friend invite. I hope you enjoy my recipes. I'm starting on some weight loss, so as I develop super healthy (and tasty) recipes, I'll be posting them only. So did you live in Hilo? What a beautiful place! I've spent a little time on the Big Island, and our mission organization has an international headquarters in Kona. I hope you enjoy Alabama!     Thanks for the welcome. I've just learned that I'm pre-diabetic, so I need to do find new recipes and modify old ones. I've moved to rural Alabama from the lush gardening states of Oregon and Hawaii and I'm finding it difficult to find good produce. Hopefully the drought will subside and I can try to grow some vegetables next year.
