About me
Greetings....I am a mother of 4 little people....Fine Art high school teacher by day.....the best bartender by night this side of the Mississippi. I love both jobs but really love the restaurant business. The name of the bar is Fat Boy's Bar and Grill. I'm best friends with the owner and have worked for her for 13 years. We have annual Iron Chef contests .We pit the staff against any guest who wants to challenge! It is soooo much fun. Tons of great food and let's not forget the booze! I really love the opportunity to play in a professional kitchen! I look forward to sharing my next great creation with everyone!
