About me
I am a stay at home mom of two toddlers. We eat as close to natural as is permitted by law. We use raw milk, raw milk cheeses, organic pastas, grass fed pastured beef, true free-range pastured chickens and their eggs, and free forested pork products. No high fructose corn syrup, no geneticly modified food stuffs of any sort (usually labed as GM or GMO, so that you don't know what you are eating), and no msg.

I think the griddle may be a good idea...however make sure you cook it slowly on low heat to avoid scorching the meat or making it too greasy. just my two cents...
