About me
My mother immigrated to the US from Japan and my father immigrated from Hungary so I was brought up with a lot of different types of food. My son and I are both allergic to eggs so I'm currently on a big kick to find eggless recipes for baking.

Hi Hitomi,

Thanks for accepting my friend invitation, and especially thank you for the tip on the moo ping! What do you have for chicken to grill?

I love Portland by the way -- beautiful city!
Ray

Very glad to be your friend too. We are thinking of moving to Portland in roughly a year if all goes as planned. Are you also on Facebook?

Thanks for becoming a friend! One never can get away from the southern cooking! Once a southern gal always a southern gal! Look forward to exchanging great recipes!

Thanks so much for the invite which I am so excited to accept. I hope you find a lot of recipes you can use on the site.

Have a blessed day,
Patti

I am so pleased that you liked my Lemongrass Pork w/Vietnamese Table Salad and that you found the pineapple to work here. I really appreciate your comments and rating - thank you so much. Have a wonderful day. ~Vickie

Hi there! thanks for accepting the buddy invite. Did you find the Wacky Cake recipe? My mother said it used to be called "Depression Cake" ...not because of anyone being depressed...LOL - but during the time when times were hard and eggs & milk were not easy to get. Kinda sounds like now!!

Good morning! Thank you for the kind invitation to be your cooking buddy. I would be honoured to do so! You will love this site. So much fun! I love your Moo Ping recipe!

Moo Ping- Thai Barbecue
imhungry: I usually use pork loin (a roast) and stick it in the freezer for an hour to stiffen it up and then slice it. This is such a popular item at our house I'll make

Fluffy Eggless Pancakes
Thanks for the great, simple recipe!

Fluffy Eggless Pancakes
Will give this a try since we need to watch our cholesterol, but think you could use egg whites only.Thanks.

Cheesy Crisps
I've seen this recipe in a couple old cookbooks, but never tried it. Sounds great, will make a nice snack for the weekend.

Chile Verde
THIS LOOKS GREAT. I KNOW MY HUSBAND WOULD LOVE THIS. THAT'S THE BIG TEST FOR ANY RECIPE.
