About me
I am 52 year old mum of two grown up "kids". Married 31 years, live gold coast, Queensland Australia. I have never really been interested in cooking. Husband much better cook than me, though now that we are both retired, I am interested in improving my cooking skills, and finding interesting recipes. Hubby & I will be travelling soon for 10 - 12 months with our 4wd & caravan, around Australia. So always on the lookout for easy but yummy recipes that are easy to cook whilst on the road.
