This was pretty neat! I used a pyrex cup (not sure why there are two pictures!) and my toaster oven. The oven was set in between 325 and 350. I used three pieces of coppa salami. I didn't have parsley handy so I used Italian seasoning, black pepper and I also sprinkled a little bit of cheese on top. At 12 minutes I realized I wanted an English muffin half to put it on so it was in for a total of 15 minutes which was probably a bit too long as the yolk was almost set. I really liked this and I will definitely make it again. Added my pictures and a thread in IMI 6/22/13.

Hi. I have no idea when you tried to contact me. My computer crashed, I couldn't for the life of me remember the name of this site and I just happened upon it today (yay!!!). I am cooking up a big pot of beef stew. I usually end up on line looking up tons of recipes and pick and choose what I like and then add from my ridiculous fridgeload of condiments. I am a condiment and sauce junkie. Thanks for the invite. You seem like my kind of person. I am in Toronto. My roots are in P.E.I. My dad was raised there and brought us out yearly. i like your tags (whew!!)

"Vegetable Acceptance" ~ haven't heard it put quite that way before ~ love it! I'm blessed ~ my husband loves veggies, even spinach and broccoli and collards! I'm a reading specialist by day and a new Group Recipes junkie by night ~ I've been introduced to many great recipes and, even better, awesome new friends here. In the short time I've been a member, this has become a major therapy for me, sort of like my reading or art is. Are you originally from BC, or did you move from somewhere else? I look forward to learning and sharing with you. Blessings, deb
