About me
I am an IT consultant who largely works from home, which gives me opportunity to cook for my family on a pretty regular basis. I love to have friends over for dinner, and tend to find any excuse I can to make meals more complicated than they have to be. I love to grill, roast, bake, stir-fry, slow-cook... you name it. I eat everything, and I love everything about cooking except for the cleanup. Favorite cuisines: Japanese, Thai, Burmese, Indian, Chinese, French, German, Mexican...

Thanks! I've done these for company twice. There's always extra avocado/wasabi sauce left over, which is great as a "mayo" for lunch sandwiches over the next few days.
