About me
Retired (thanks, honey!) after 21+ years in the food service industry, now I cook for friends, family, our church, etc. I am married to a wonderful guy, have five terrific kids and two grandbabies! I just started making wedding cakes last year, and now understand why people charge so much for them! I love making bread - besides our "daily" bread, I make pita bread, English muffins, and tortillas regularly, and have spoiled everyone by delving into making homemade pasta... there's nothing quite like it! I have a food blog, but I am usually so busy I have not been good about keeping up with it! It's on my To Do list, though... along with the videos my daughters and I plan to make!
